Revival Appeal Fund

One-off donations to the Trust are of great value but those who wish to make a contribution on a regular basis by standing order are invited to join our special Appeal Fund.

There are three levels of donation, each of which brings a range of benefits:

Bronze Donor Benefits

£5 per month for 36 months by standing order
Free 3rd Class travelpass for you on the Glyn Valley Tramway for the 36 months of your sponsorship
Free membership of the Trust for 36 months
A place on a special train from Chirk when the GVT reopens
Your name recorded on a Heritage Donors Board
A twice yearly newsletter charting progress
A special contributor's certificate

Silver Donor Benefits

£14 per month for 36 months by standing order
Free 3rd class travel pass for you on the
Glyn Valley Tramway for the 36 months of your sponsorship
Free membership of the Trust for 36months
A place on a special train from Chirk for
you and a guest when the GVT reopens
A Glyn Valley Tramway' polo shirt
A twice yearly newsletter charting progress
A special contributor's certificate
Your name recorded on a Heritage Donors Board
A' Drive an Engine' session for you on
the newly reopened GVT (subject to the
conditions of the 'Drive an Engine' arrangements)

£28 per month for 36 months by standing order
Free 3rd class travel pass for you and a
guest (will be upgraded to 1 st class when 1 st
class coaches become available on the GVT).
A place on a special train from Chirk for you and a guest when the GVT reopens.
Free membership of the Trust for 36
months.
A twice yearly newsletter charting progress.
A special contributor's certificate.
Your name recorded on a Heritage Donors Board.
A 'Glyn Valley Tramway' polo shirt.
Your own private train on the newly
reopened GVT with you and a guest at the
controls of the engine if you wish (subject to
the conditions of the 'Drive an Engine' arrangements).
Free signed copies of 'Glyn Valley
Locomotives', 'Glyn Valley Coaches' and 'Glyn
Valley Goods' books by author Bernard Rockett.
A place on a yearly tour of inspection during
construction of the line.
